My week of clean eating

I normally eat a healthy lacto vegetarian diet, but recently I felt it getting worse, so I decided to have my first challenge about food.

Let’s see how it went.

Monday

I felt unprepared. Monday morning I realized I don’t have any plan, any ingredients for my healthy week.
I had to leave for work at 6:50 AM, so I just grabbed what I had at home.

So I did shopping today, but haven’t cooked. Also in the restaurant, I chose fruit salad – it was very very unusual to me, but it was the only healthy option.

Tuesday

I made a nice meal prep. Also, first time cooked power balls, so I tried new things and enjoyed a lot.

Wednesday

I was still enjoying my meal prep, felt so much better and my workout was amazing.

Thursday

It’s time to get more information! I watched health related videos.

Friday

I did a very awesome experiment. I went shopping but bought just products I have never eaten before. It was so much fun!

Saturday

Last day of my healthy week. I ate clean, I had so much energy in the gym, I did more things than in my usual Saturday.

Results

I noticed I had better mood, better sleep.

With meal preps I had more time for other things.

If you eat clean – workouts are so much better and you have more energy in general.

I lost 0.5 kg.

This week was such a good reminder to me why I eat healthily and why I should keep going.
