Hey there! 😊 I’m Viktorija—a curious soul, bhakti yogi, wife, friend, and sister. Outside of books, I work as a Team Lead in financial crime compliance, where I specialize in managing AML, Quality Control, and SAR reporting teams. This experience has shaped my expertise in team leadership, compliance, and project management in high-stakes, detail-driven environments.

My professional background also lies in publishing and writing. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Publishing and completed a six-month internship at one of Lithuania’s largest publishing houses. Since then, I’ve managed two publishing projects from start to finish:

I also bring editorial and journalistic experience:

• 2 years as a chief editor for the non-profit Interviu.eu (2012–2014), writing articles and conducting interviews.
• 1 year as a journalist at Komfakas.lt, a Vilnius University communication students’ project.

Books remain at the center of my life: I volunteer as a Goodreads librarian, I’m a passionate reader, and I’m currently writing my own book, planned for release in 2027.

Like many people, I often feel there’s so much to learn, create, and improve—but never quite enough time. This blend of curiosity and discipline is what led me to the creation of this blog where I can share my journey.
