I trained like crazy for a week

So, first of all, I love training. I am a big fan of HIIT type of workouts. Usually, I train 3-4 times a week. But this week I was going to the gym every day. Sometimes you need to rest more, but sometimes you need a boost.

So I am doing workouts from Sweatflix.com (you can try it for 30 days for free.

My results:

  • 7 workouts per week
  • Very focused mind on training
  • It was easier to train 7 days than 4. Sometimes after 2 days off, it is very hard for me to come back.
  • I also visited the sauna twice.
  • I was eating more protein.
  • One day after the workout I did a full body stretching with foam roller also I did some yoga.
  • 5 out of 7 workouts I did in the morning before breakfast.

Conclusion:

I loved it! I achieve my goal by really feeling this positive boost I needed. Now I can come back to my regular 4 times per week routine with even more motivation.
