This week I officially became a Senior Team Leader 🎉

A few years ago:

• 📅 October 2022 → Became a Team Leader with ZERO management experience
• 📈 2024 → Promoted to Mid
• 🚀 2026 → Promoted to Senior

From leading 0 people to leading an international team of 20+ amazing people at one of the world’s biggest fintechs… what a journey! 🤯

The craziest part? 😅

I had the contract this week to cross something off my Fucketlist… and then my manager messaged me saying my promotion was approved.

Perfect timing. ❤️

Lesson: Big goals often take longer than you expect…To achieve that, I had to change the team which was a big step out of my comfort zone, I had to take tasks I was not sure I could complete, I had to build a lot of connections and trust, I had to never settle!

AND I had to convince myself that I deserve it…

The shy girl I was 10 years ago, not knowing at all how to achieve anything and desperately trying to find ANY job, would be so proud of me 💖 This one is for her 💖
